Jenny Holzer's xenon projections have intrigued audiences around the globe from Buenos Aires to Paris to Berlin. She now presents them for the first time in the United States. On several evenings, from 8PM until midnight, the words of important poets Wislawa Szymborska, Yehuda Amichai, and Henri Cole, among others will scroll over landmark NYC buildings enveloping them with beauty and power. Location and projection are fused; light, word, audience, and building are joined.

Poems include:

Wildpeace, Songs of Zion The Beautiful, I;May I Rest in Peace by Yehuda Amichai.
Letter to N.Y. and Love Lies Sleeping by Elizabeth Bishop
Necessary and Impossible and To The Forty-Third President by Henri Cole
Staying at Ed's Place by May Swenson
The Joy of Writing, Could Have, In Praise of Feeling Bad About Yourself, Children of Our Age, Parting With a View, Some People,The End and the Beginning, The Terrorist, He's Watching, Tortures by Wislawa Szymborska
