About the Project
Following Creative Time’s first presentation at the World Financial Center Winter Garden, which featured Connie Beckley, in 1989 Alice Farley and Company debuted Anggrek: The Human Life of Plants. Farley’s project was a dance and theater performance, featuring stilts, elaborate costumes, and magic illusions.
The project was presented in association with the World Financial Center Arts and Events Program at Battery Park City.
