Aaron Levy is the Executive Director and Senior Curator of the Slought Foundation, a Philadelphia-based interdisciplinary non-profit organization that engages the public in dialogue about cultural and socio-political change. Levy’s current projects include the Perpetual Peace Project, an initiative that collectively reexamines and contemporizes Immanuel Kant’s seminal essay on reducing geopolitical conflict. He co-curated Into the Open for the U.S. Pavilion at the 11th Venice Biennial for Architecture in 2008. Levy leads seminars on contemporary culture and curatorial practice in the Department of English at the University of Pennsylvania.
