The 59th Minute is located on the News Astrovision by Panasonic on the North face of One Times Square, the building famous worldwide for the New Year's Eve ball drop, and known internationally as the symbol of the Times Square area. Take the 4/5/6 1/2/3/9 N/Q/R/W B/D/F/V or S trains to Times Square. Best viewing area is on the island at the intersection of Broadway and Seventh Avenues at 45th street facing South. The screen is 3 stories high, 4 stories wide (30 ft. high X 36 ft. wide.) The 59th Minute airs the last minute of every hour of the Astrovision programming day (6 am1 am) with the exception of two daily preemptions from 7-9 am and 7-8 pm. |
