About the Project
Creative Time’s 15th Anniversary Halloween Party was held at the Brooklyn Bridge Anchorage and was complete with outlandish costumes, cocktails, dinner, and dancing ’til dawn.
Makeup was provided by Estee Lauder and special effects were created by Pat Dignan.
