Using data to interrogate narratives that we can’t see, Josh Begley’s practice attempts to map the relationship between the body, the landscape, digital information, and power. Begley is a data artist, filmmaker, and the creator of Metadata+, an iPhone app that tracks U.S. drone strikes. He has directed two short films, Concussion Protocol (2018) and Best of Luck with the Wall (2016) and has shown extensively across the U.S.
