william cordova is an interdisciplinary cultural practitioner born in Lima, Peru and working between Lima, Miami, and New York City. Cordova’s work addresses the metaphysics of space and time: how objects and perception change as we move around in space. He received a BFA from The School of the Art Institute of Chicago,1996 and an MFA from Yale University, 2004. He has exhibited in the US, Latin America, Europe and Asia. His work is in the public collection at the Whitney Museum of American Art and the Guggenheim Museum, New York, NY; the Walker Art Center, Minneapolis, MN; and others.
