About
Creative Time’s Executive Office sets the vision and works with the staff and board to ensure that the organization has the appropriate strategy, resources, governance, staff, policies, and operational systems it needs to achieve its mission. The Executive Office consists of the Executive Director, Deputy Director, and the Executive Assistant.
Daily tasks as an Executive Office intern would include: assisting with daily administrative tasks and coordination; assisting with event logistics for donor events and board meetings; supporting day-to-day management of our office space, including ordering supplies, organizing physical files, and ensuring that our archive and inventory are updated and kept organized; and conducting research for special projects and initiatives. The intern should have strong administrative, interpersonal, and communication skills, and be very detail-oriented and organized. If you are interested in learning about non-profit arts administration and management, apply to work with the Executive Office.
Hours: Tuesdays-Thursdays, 10AM-6PM.
