Images from Trevor Paglen’s The Last Pictures in Exhibition Opening February 7

In an exhibition on view at Metro Pictures from February 7 through March 9, Trevor Paglen will show a selection of images from his Creative Time-commissioned project The Last Pictures, along with photographs, called “skyscapes,” of virtually undetectable surveillance drones and secret satellites. The Last Pictures comprised a disc micro-etched with 100 photographs that formed a visual record of our historic moment. The disc was launched into orbit in November, but the photographs live on in a book of the same name.
