César joined the Creative Time team in June 2017. He received his Honors B.A. in Media Arts and Culture from Occidental College in 2017, where he produced short documentaries in California and Cuba. César has freelanced for various clients including the Los Angeles County Museum of Art and has interned at American Documentary/POV.
