Madison Shaw is the Development Manager at Creative Time. Their career as a development professional is rooted in a commitment to accessibility and collaboration. Previously, they managed institutional giving at the New York Transit Museum, where they increased support for archival preservation and youth programming. 
 
Madison holds a Bachelor of Science in Political Communications from Emerson College, where their thesis focused on ontological philosophy and representations of disability. 
 
Their desire to activate audiences drives their professional pursuits as well as creative projects. Outside of work, Madison programs a local film screening series and has participated in place-based art exhibitions across the city.
