Creative Time 2026 Gala: Celebrating a Bold New Chapter
Join us Tuesday, April 28, 2026, at The Russian Tea Room, New York City’s iconic venue founded by exiled members of the Russian Imperial Ballet and beloved by artists since 1927. The evening will honor practitioners Guadalupe Maravilla, Michelle Coffey, and Molly Gochman, and toast to Creative Time’s new Executive Director, Jean Cooney.
In partnership with Nordstrom, the Creative Time Gala will gather our community together for an evening that moves from cocktail reception to seated dinner, and into an after-hours party. From 7pm to midnight, we will celebrate a bold new chapter for Creative Time, the ambitious ideas that bring public art to life, and the artists’ projects that spark curiosity, ignite dialogue, and shape cultural conversations of today.

Creative Time is a 501(c)(3) organization and qualifies as tax-exempt. Of each table purchase, goods and services are valued at $2000. Of each individual ticket purchase, goods and services are valued at $200. The remainder of each purchase is considered tax-deductible to the fullest extent provided by law.
