Provocative and playful, Blur was a biannual seminar created to provide a much-needed forum in New York for creative practitioners. During Blur 03: Projects and Prototypes, the third production of the seminar, innovative technologists, theorists, and multimedia artists gathered to share work, discuss how technological culture influences practice, and discover inspiration for new ideas.

A Creative Time collaboration with The New School and Parsons School of Design, Blur 03 featured a presentation by Giles Lane, founder and codirector of Proboscis, a non-profit cultural organization and creative studio based in London.
