About the Project
Relax. Fly Mass Transit consisted of twenty simple, yet striking billboards, which were installed throughout New York City. Collectively, the billboards’ messages exhorted motorists caught in polluting traffic to fly mass transit.
The billboards were conceived by Darrell Wilks, an environmentalist who saw the project as an opportunity to endorse clean air efforts.
