MATRIX IV is a transparent grid of 10,000 electronic red and blue lights through the middle axis of the exhibition hall dividing the space in two equally big segments. With the abstract, square grid of light Îpixelsâ in a huge and otherwise completely dark space, the installation creates an oversized virtual reality environment. The exhibition space is transformed into an open stage for the audience whose heightened visual awareness starts collectively and individually fine-tuning the modes of perception.
