Creative Time and The Metropolitan Museum of Art present a conversation between Nick Cave, Nato Thompson, Chief Curator of Creative Time, and Alisa LaGamma, Curator, Department of the Arts of Africa, Oceania, and the Americas, MMA. They will discuss the role of masquerade, performance, and dreaming in public as they relate to the artist’s project in Grand Central, HEARD•NY. The event will take place on Friday, March 29, 6:00–7:00 PM, in the Bonnie J. Sacerdote Lecture Hall, Ruth and Harold D. Uris Center for Education at The Metropolitan Museum of Art. Free with Museum admission; tickets and reservations not required.

Public Tours
Daily, 3:00-3:30 PM, Vanderbilt Hall
 
Public tours of HEARD•NY will be held every day at 3:30pm. Attendees should meet in Grand Central Terminal’s Vanderbilt Hall, where staff members from Creative Time and MTA Arts for Transit will share a brief overview of the project and provide insights into the process of presenting it.
 
Each tour will last approximately 30 minutes and is free and open to the public.
