Creative Time


 

THE PEOPLE’S PLATFORM

 
Calling all artists, organizers, community-builders, makers, and passersby to join us on The People’s Platform.
 
The People’s Platform are designated times in our schedule when the stage is open to artists and passersby to activate through performance, contemplation, debate, rehearsal, collaboration, and any means you see fit.
 
In-person sign ups are possible at Red Stage, until availability is filled.
Please sign up to be notified here and you will be the first to find out when time slots become available.
 
 

 
Please note:
 
— When you sign up, virtually or in person, you will be asked to review and agree to our Community Guidelines, as well as COVID-19 protocols.
— Amplification of any kind is prohibited.
— To make sure as many people are able to participate, time-slots will be 15 or 30 minutes each, and we ask that you only sign up for one time-slot per day.
— The structure is powder-coated steel and may not be suitable for all activities.
— The structure is ADA-accessible.
— The structure does not have a roof and is in full sun for most of the day.
— The structure will be lit after sundown.
— To comply with COVID-19 precautions, a maximum of 10 people are allowed on the structure at a time.
— Please arrive 5 minutes before your slot and check in with our stage manager at the backstage door. Failure to do so may result in forfeiture of the reserved time.
— In case of inclement weather (rain, thunderstorms, tornadoes, etc) we may have to cancel your time-slot. You will be notified of this cancellation by email and text, and invited to book a subsequent slot.
— We ask that you please respect the artwork, and leave the stage in a respectable state for the next participant.
— Performers in Red Stage may be recorded. Our team may promote open hours and therefore your performance on social media.
— Before you take to the stage, you will be required to sign a waiver.
