As with all Creative Time projects, tickets were free but capacity was limited and advanced registration was required.
 

WHEN WILL THE PROJECT BE OPEN?
The Privilege of Escape will be open for a limited run between September 12 – 29, 2019. The project starts on the hour on Wednesdays, Thursdays, and Fridays from 3pm-9pm, and Saturdays and Sundays from 12-9. Please be sure to check our ticketing site for up to the minute details, as hours may vary each week.
 
HOW DO I BOOK A TICKET? HOW MANY TICKETS CAN I GET?
Each booking registration will grant you and one guest access to The Privilege of Escape. Both names are transferable prior to check in, but we ask that respect the limited capacity by limiting yourself to one booking registration. Creative Time reserves the right to cancel duplicate orders or anything that violates the above. Please respect this policy as we want to make sure we can share this unique experience with as many people as possible!
 
Note: Attendees aged 18+ will be required to present an ID during check in. IDs must match the name of the ticket-holder. Attendees under the age of 18 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian with a valid ticket. Please direct any questions to tickets@creativetime.org
 
HOW LONG DOES THE PRIVILEGE OF ESCAPE LAST?
The installation lasts 60-75 minutes.
 
WHAT TIME SHOULD I ARRIVE?
We ask that you arrive 15 minutes prior to your listed ticketing time in order to accommodate the check in process. The experience will begin promptly at your elected ticketing time so please don’t be late!
 
WHAT HAPPENS IF I’M LATE?
Due to the nature of the project, late arrivals cannot be accommodated. The Privilege of Escape is a group activity that requires all attendees to be present in order to begin. For this reason, we strongly encourage all attendees to arrive within 15 minutes prior to their listed ticket time.

IS THE PRIVILEGE OF ESCAPE ACCESSIBLE? WHAT CAN I EXPECT?
The Privilege of Escape is an active, hands-on experience where attendees are invited to move around freely and explore their surroundings. Please note, some aspects involve sound and visual cues. Accommodations can be made for guests who require special assistance with advance notice. Please contact us at least five days before your scheduled visit to make arrangements, by emailing tickets@creativetime.org.
 
IS THE PRIVILEGE OF ESCAPE SUITABLE FOR ALL AGES?
The Privilege of Escape is an immersive experience that involves hands-on puzzle solving, team-wide communication, and some interaction with actors. Due to the nature of the project, it is intended for adults and children aged 12+. Anyone under 18 years of age must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian who will be required to sign on their behalf.
 
WHAT SHOULD I BRING?
Please bring either a digital or printed copy of your ticket confirmation and a valid ID. You will be required to sign a waiver upon arrival. We provide coat hooks for bags and jackets.
 
RESCHEDULING AND CANCELLATIONS
Due to high demand, we are unable to reschedule tickets to The Privilege of Escape. If you can no longer attend during your selected time slot, we request that you transfer your tickets to a friend or release them to the public by cancelling them.
Cancel My Ticket: To cancel, please refer to your confirmation email and click “Manage Booking” below your booking reference number. If you created an account on Resova, you can also go back to our booking page and login in order to cancel your tickets.
 
CAN I GIVE SOMEONE MY TICKET?
If you don’t have an account with Resova and you want to transfer your ticket to someone else please email tickets@creativetime.org.
If you did create an account with Resova and you want to transfer your ticket to someone else you can login into your account on Resova here and click the account profile tab. Here you can update the name and information of your registration. Please not that an ID will be required at check-in. The name on the ticket must match the ID of the ticket holder. If you have any questions please email tickets@creativetime.org.
 
IS THERE ONSITE PHOTOGRAPHY?
Photography and social media is permitted in selected areas within the installation, and we invite you to share images by tagging #PrivilegeofEscape and @creativetime. In order to protect the integrity of the project, and preserve the experience for other guests, we do not permit photography or video during the game.
 
WHAT IF MY DESIRED TIME SLOT IS FULLY BOOKED?
