Art Domantay: Project Consultant and Director of Fabrication
Art Domantay, founder of Art Domantay Art Works, is an experienced project manager and fabricator, working for various art institutions and galleries in New York City. His past collaborations with Creative Time include managing the installations for Living as Form (2011), Key to the City (2010), PLOTO9: This World & Nearer Ones, on Governors Island (2009), Democracy in America (2008), and A Psychic Vacuum (2007). Art also oversaw the complex installation of P.F.1 (Public Farm 1) by WORK Architecture Company (2008) at MoMA P.S.1, as well as various projects for Public Art Fund. A working artist, Domantay has had solo exhibitions at The Project Gallery (New York and Los Angeles) and Contemporary Art Forums (Santa Barbara), and his work has been shown in group exhibitions internationally.

Tim Daly: Crew Leader, Sculpting and Figurine Construction
Tim Daly has been assisting major artists in the creation of their work since 1998. He received his BFA from the School of the Art Institute of Chicago, and has 15 years experience as a professional production –mold maker. Tim’s skills range from painting, drawing, woodworking, and sculpture, to metalwork, prop fabrication, and model making. For the past nine years he has worked and managed the Props Department at Spaeth Design, where he has played a key role in creating many of New York City’s complex animated holiday window displays, in addition to leading large installations. Daly has worked in collaboration with Art Domantay on numerous large projects, including P.F.1, at MoMA P.S.1, and is leading the sculpture and figurine teams at Domino. He and his wife, Miki, founded the design service Dalymade Inc.

Eric Hagan: Crew Leader, Sugar Coating and Figurine Construction
Eric Hagan is an interactive and kinetic artist based in Brooklyn. A recent graduate of and resident researcher at the Interactive Telecommunications Program at NYU, Eric is committed to education and has taught graduate classes at NYU and Columbia University, as well as undergraduate classes at CUNY. Eric’s professional experience includes set design and carpentry, and he has helped fabricate animated holiday window displays around New York City, as well as assorted photography and commercial sets. His recent experiments in confectionary casting led to his joining the Domino crew as Team Leader for Sugar Coating.

Michael Ferrari-Fontana: Crew Leader, Sculpting
Michael Ferrari Fontana is a master sculptor, designer, and 3D modeler. He has been sculpting professionally since 1987, at which time he became the chief sculptor for the Macy’s Thanksgiving Day Parade. It is there that he first began working on a monumental scale, and since that time he has created sculpture and sculptural elements for myriad parades, amusement parks, display companies, movie studios, manufactures, event coordinators, museums, architects, and fine artists. Michael has worked with an expansive array of mediums and techniques, including clay, plaster, fiberglass, assorted resins, foams, silicones, welding, mold making, armature construction, and life casting.
