Using his signature colorful, high contrast, and action-packed imagery, in Mumble Rumble Mumbleboy animates a variety of holiday themed characters and their adventures as they journey through his extraordinary world. Mumbleboy's creatures somersault through numerous scenes at break-neck speed, allowing viewers to delight in a range of Mumble Rumble's outrageous and festive scenarios that speak to the holidays.
Kinya Hanada received his BFA from the University of California, Davis in 1992 where he studied painting and computer graphics and studied at the Rhode Island School of Design. His work has appeared in New York Magazine, The Face, and Rolling Stone. He has participated in the Sundance Film Festival; International Film Festival, Rotterdam; and the Bienale de Valencia. Hanada has also collaborated with musical artists such as Momus, Frou Frou, and MC Paul Barman, and occasionally he VJs (video jockeys) at events in New York, incorporating music and fantasy.
